What our hiring process looks like

INTRODUCTORY CALL

The initial conversation, a thirty-minute call with our founder, explores your background, motivations, and understanding of Voltaire's mission to modernise pro bono legal work.

TECHNICAL INTERVIEW

The first technical interview digs into your core skills and experience, exploring how you approach problems relevant to the role you're applying for at Voltaire.

PROJECT-BASED TASK

The project-based task is a live hands-on exercise, closely mirroring real work at Voltaire, that lets us see how you think, build, and communicate under realistic conditions.

FINAL INTERVIEW

The final interview brings together our founder and relevant team members, examining collaboration style, judgement, and fit within our fast-moving, cross-functional working culture.
